Requested Product Enhancements

  • Any organization may enter a product enhancement request for a feature that they desire into our online database.
  • Once entered, the entire customer base can comment and 'vote' on the feature request which assists us in defining a priority for the requested change.

Product Advisory Board (PAB)

The crossapps PAB is a group of a few selected customer representatives who meet with crossapps senior engineers to help design and direct the growth of the product. These face-to-face meetings serve as a forum to discuss industry changes, new technologies, development initiatives, and even product design reviews.
